View from the office window

June is my favourite month. Spring has drifted quietly into Summer, and the days are nearly at their longest. The weather can only continue to get better, and there’s everything still to look forward to.

Some days may bring storms, but at this time of year it’s much easier to remember that on the whole, life is good.

  1. Wow! That view makes me want to come back to Oxford and chow down at the Eagle and Child!

  2. Now that is a nice view. I bet it looks pretty good at all times of the year

You’ve just trimmed the hedge πŸ˜‰

  4. This reminds me – if the grass is greener on the other side, it’s probably because it rains more over there πŸ™‚

  5. Thanks a sweet green lawn – you do realize using weed killers, feed and weed lawn fertilizers and all the shortcut gardening tricks scares the bees away.

    • Thanks spaceguy, I don’t actually use any of those things. That’s why my lawn is full of moss and weeds if you look up close. In fact, my garden is mostly filled with weeds, or wildflowers as I prefer to call them.

  6. Wow. That’s stunning! So much green! Is that a daylily I see in the foreground?

  7. What a stunning view! I hope you get lots of opportunities to spend some time outdoors.
